1:1 Reformer Pilates

The reformer allows you to take your pilates to the next level with the addition of dynamic, supported and targeted exercises.

In our 45 minute lesson, we tailor your workout to your own preference and goals. Whether you want to take it slow and improve your flexibility and stability or hard and fast to build your strength and endurance.
Barre

Barre takes principles of ballet and mixes them with the principles of pilates to give a fun, group workout that will help you lengthen and strengthen your dancer muscles.
